The Little Fox, Thornton Hough Wedding Photographer | Hannah + Callum

I had a great time capturing Hannah and Callum’s wedding on one of those crisp early autumn days with barely a cloud in the sky, it was just the perfect day for a wedding. They tied the knot at St. Saviour’s Church in Oxton before celebrating at The Little Fox in Thornton Hough. From start to finish, the whole day was filled with warmth, laughter, and a relaxed, happy energy.

Getting ready at Thornton Manor Country Estate

The morning began at The Bridal Mews at Thornton Manor Country Estate, a spacious, light-filled apartment that sleeps up to eight and was the perfect setting for a laid-back start to the day. Hannah and her bridal party got ready in a calm but excited atmosphere, with the anticipation building as her mum and brother arrived for the big dress reveal. Their reactions said it all, and after a few emotional moments, it was time to head to St. Saviour’s for the ceremony.

Callum and his groomsmen were at the church, greeting guests as they arrived and making sure ties were straight. Hannah and Callum’s spaniel puppy, Daisy, was also there, proudly taking on the role of ring bearer, which she nailed when the time came! The ceremony, set in the impressive St. Saviour’s Church, was heartfelt and personal, with one or two tears shed. As the newlyweds stepped out into the sunshine, they were met with a confetti shower before everyone made their way to The Little Fox to continue the celebrations.

Celebrating at The Little Fox

This was my first time at The Little Fox, and it’s a fantastic setting for a wedding. After spending time with their guests, Hannah and Callum had some relaxed portraits along the tree-lined driveway before heading back in, this is a great setting if you’re looking to get some relaxed couples photos on your special day. Back inside, the bar area, with its warm, cosy feel and large fireplace, was perfect for an autumn wedding. In the warmer months, the garden would be an amazing spot too for cocktails, canapés, and celebrating outdoors, especially with the well-stocked outdoor bar.

As the evening got underway, the dancefloor filled up, and the celebrations carried on late into the night. It was a pleasure capturing these moments for such a lovely couple. Here are a few of my favourites from the day.
