Southport Town Hall Wedding Photographer | PK + Mike
I'm so pleased that PK and Mike chose me as their wedding photographer. It was a joy to capture their special day at Southport Town Hall and The Hightown Pub - these were new venues for me, so it was great to explore them and capture some lovely moments.
The day started with PK and Mike's relaxed photo session, which was the first time I've ever started the day with a couple's shoot, but it was such a great ice-breaker and gave us all a chance to get to know each other. It was nice that PK and Mike got to experience my relaxed approach to this part of the day right from the start!
Following the couple's shoot, we headed over to Southport Town Hall as other guests were starting to arrive; then, after the ceremony and the confetti line, everyone made their way to The Hightown Pub.

I do enjoy a wedding celebration in a pub (I’ve even blogged some tips for planning a pub wedding here), and The Hightown Pub & Kitchen was the perfect location for PK and Mike's celebration. As well as being Mike’s mum and dad’s local, the large garden provided a relaxed setting for guests to enjoy a few drinks in the lovely weather, and all the staff were so helpful. I captured some wonderful moments, and I'm excited to share some of the images with you.
